The September 23 Cardmarket floors were 170.00 EUR for the standard ETB and 600.00 EUR for the ETB Plus. At the standard box's 17.00 EUR pack rate, 12 packs would cost 204.00 EUR. The remaining 600.00 EUR - 204.00 EUR = 396.00 EUR is the asking-price premium for the Pokemon Center format, metal accessories, deck box, and relative availability. It is not the resale value of those extras.
For opening packs, the standard ETB is the cleaner comparison. Buy the ETB Plus only when owning that exact sealed Pokemon Center product and its exclusive accessories matters enough to cover the premium.

This is a worksheet, not a market estimate. Under this example, the 290.00 EUR PokeCompare listing is 10.00 EUR above the limit. A 170.00 EUR Cardmarket listing is below it, but only if the language, seal, seller, and delivered total all pass your checks.

The ETB had the lowest tracked pack cost by 0.99 EUR, but one offer does not settle the market. A tin had three offers and a lower total spend.
